The project is located in Ningbo, one of China’s most important coastal cities, as well as a Chinese port city with a tradition of sailing and adventure. The Chunxiao New Town in Beilun District of Ningbo City is centered on the wharf and has abundant supporting facilities. It also provides a wealth of social opportunities for the citizens. The whole project has set up a vibrant public walk along the yacht harbor pool, connecting commercial retail, dining, entertainment, luxury resorts, community centers, harbors and a unique yacht club and hotel.
The project is divided into four blocks:
A, property-style resort hotel rooms, hotel reception and fitness facilities, yacht refueling maintenance area
B. Commercial core area and harbor pool
C, yacht club and hotel
D, Premium Resort
The total construction area is 157,044.86 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 11,521.66 square meters, and the underground construction area is 4,4523.2 square meters.
The project is cooperated with JERDE and implemented in phases. Area A and Area B has been completed, Area C has not yet started, and construction drawing has been completed in Area D, but because of the Features adjustment, it has been put on hold.
